Free Roam VR

Our most popular experience, free roam VR offers a highly immersive virtual experience. Unlike traditional at home VR setups, your movement is not restricted. Walk freely around one of our 3 huge arenas and become fully engrossed in gameplay. With our high end technology, your headset will warn you before you get near to a wall so you have no worries about colliding with anything. Additionally, you and your crew will all be able to see each other as game characters so nobody is going bump into each other. Check out our different session types below.

  • Never played before? Not sure if you’ll like VR? Our taster session is designed to be the perfect introduction to free roam VR. Head to our games page to find out which games are available to play during this session

  • Tight for time? Our mini session offers the perfect combination between duration and gameplay. A shorter session that still allows for plenty of fun to be had. Head to our games page to find out what games are available for this session.

  • Looking to get the most out of your money? Then our prime session is for you. The most popular of our session types, this session gives you access to the full obliViaR game library with plenty of time to enjoy it all. Head to our games page to find which adventure you’ll be stepping into next.

  • Looking to experience the best VR has to offer? Our premium free roam VR offers access to even more games and even more quality. This upgrade gives you access to PCVR games with better graphics, better gameplay and more fun. For only an extra £3 per person, why not?

    Premium free roam VR has limited availability. Only 4 players are able to play at one time. We recommend booking this in advance to ensure your slot is secured and is available to play at your desired date and time.

  • Not sure if you will like free roam VR? Worried about motion sickness? Book our Try Before You Buy session. This gives you a chance to see what it is like in a headset without the cost!

  • Running every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during term time from 3:45pm-5:15pm!

  • Want to ensure you aren’t sharing the arena with another group? A private free roam booking guarantees total privacy. You and your crew can immerse yourselves in peace for the duration of either our prime or full immersion sessions.

    Private free roam bookings allow for up to 8 guests as this is the maximum number of players we are able to put into one arena. Private free roam is priced at a flat rate for a prime session or full immersion session. The number of guests attending does not affect the price, unless there are over 8 guests in which an additional booking will be required. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  • Not free roam VR…our individual pods are designed for solo sessions and with accessibility in mind. With a library of over 30 games, adventure through different worlds without having to take a step. Sit or stand in your own 2x2 semi-enclosed space and enjoy 45 minutes of un-interrupted gaming.
