We transform your venue, workplace, or event space into a fully immersive virtual world. obliViaR Events delivers a premium Free Roam VR arena directly to your indoor location, creating high‑energy, shared experiences your guests will talk about long after the event ends!

This is not at‑home VR. This is full‑scale, multiplayer, physical VR, delivered and operated by our professional team!

Your guests wear wireless headsets and move freely inside a real‑world arena, seeing each other inside the virtual world as they complete missions, battle zombies, solve puzzles, or compete in laser‑tag style games!

How it works:

1: WE ARRIVE-

Our team brings everything needed for your Free Roam VR arena and liaises directly with your venue. (Arrival is scheduled in advance to allow for setup before your event begins.)

2: WE SET UP-

We build the arena, test all equipment, and prepare your curated game playlist. Setup takes around 2 hours and is always completed outside your booked time.

3: YOU PLAY-

Your guests enjoy unlimited gameplay, guided by two professional VR Experience Masters. Smooth rotational play ensures everyone gets involved, with curated games tailored to your group.

4: WE PACK DOWN-

At the end of your event, we dismantle everything quickly and discreetly. Pack‑down takes about 1 hour, leaving the space exactly as we found it.
